Dahlia would try to keep away from too many of these. Too many friends is a lot of trouble, plus in her line of "work" it could become awkward if they suddenly finds their belongings missing. Of course she isn't afraid of a few conversations and being remembered, as long as she's not being remembered as "that homeless girl." She also doesn't like change, so any friends who would try to give her life suggestions and help would be unappreciated.
ENEMIES. It's possible for her to have a lot of these, people who are bitter about losing their wallets or groceries to her small sticky fingers. Though she won't go out of her way to make sure she doesn't have a lot of people who hate her, she won't go out of her way to make sure everyone loves her. She doesn't see the point, since it wastes energy that she could be putting into something better.
LOVER(S). Romancing this sad little girl could be tough, she hates change so anyone who tries to get too close may find themselves suddenly gaining distance away from her. If you think you can take up the challenge feel free, but she's a cautious little girl so don't expect it to be easy.
OTHERS. IF you can think of anything else, don't be afraid to suggest it!

I'm not sure that they'd necessarily be friends, but I think that if they were to ever meet, Matt would probably feel bad and do try to share what little she does have (as she's kinda broke from opening her own store...), like leave a basket of food outside if she knew Dahlia was going to be around...

Aww that's cute, at first she may be wary of stuff like that, and her pride would be a bit wounded but she'd appreciate the help and be friendly towards Matt for it!

i would totally take her and harbor her away forever and just LET ME LOVE HER. at that same time, i'm not exactly sure how that would work. i mean, can't be stealing away all your ships, right? it makes me feel selfish. plus there's that matter of how giano himself would feel about her. xD that MIGHT be important, right? starting that, in response to your post on his plotter, if she pickpockets him, i hope she enjoys having to pull those singles out of his man-thong. 8U i'm sure he's used to cheats and stuff since he kind of works in the dark underbelly and stuff. he might not appreciate that, but she sure has a cute face, and they're both taurus, so why the hell not? course he's not a bleeding heart, though. if she gets anything, it'll be after a little teasing. not to be mean, but just cause it makes it seems almost like she's earning what she manages to get away with. i'm sure she'll be able to slip away with some stuff under his nose, but banter makes everything better, right? 8U I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M TRYING TO SAY ANYMORE JKGFDJGFSD

Autumn doesn't have much to steal and she would punch a bitch if it got stolen, but other than that, not sure how she would feel about dahlia? x] She's not a FEED THE HOMELESS type, but Dahlia is the type to garner more sympathy than a lot of others and so she might feel bad that they were like, the same age. Idk. Idk why she would talk to her unless they met in like a bar or something.

REAGAN & DAHLIA ;; ATTRACTION, COMPASSION, LONGING, WANNA-BE PROTECTOR[/b] Oh my god. Your character is adorable. Haha, and right up Reagan's alley. Reagan would absolutely adore Dahlia. She's cute, she wants protection, she's emotional...I didn't know until recently when I read her bio that Reagan would love her and long to protect and have her. I know that Taurus/Scorpio relationships don't generally have compatibility, but the negatives and positives of Dahlia's profile are spot-on with what Reagan would love in a girlfriend.
I have a similar plot with Rosemary to see if Reagan and her would be romantic interests (they don't have as much of an age difference either), but if you're interested I would love to do a romantic plot with Reagan and Dahlia. Reagan might explode slightly when she discovers she's been pick-pocketed, but literally time would almost stop if she saw Dahlia.
If the romance plot doesn't work out or you think Dahlia wouldn't like Reagan, then I think Reagan would just long for her and just try to help her out when she could. She'd be persistent though because Dahlia does attract her. Maybe even frustrated if the feelings were unrequited, so I can see explosive tempers.
How do you wanna work this? ^_^

You. I just. You. Love. So much love. c: See, one thing I adore in a good rp is a bit of drama, and a love triangle. It spices things up and generally can provide a lot of thoughtful insight into character development. This plot idea, I love.
What I've been doing is actually looking up on google compatibility between signs, seeing the pros and cons and then looking back at my babies and determining whether it would work or not.
If we went sort of ahead with this, it could end up Cameron and Reagan battling against each other for Dahlia, with her confused in the middle unsure of what was going on.
Of course looking up the sign compatibility, and staring at both their profiles, the relationship probably wouldn't work out. Dahlia is very consistent and hates too much change, so with Reagan trying to be controlling it would only set her off. Especially if Reagan got jealous of the Vault Hunters, they are Dahlia's babies and no one messes with them.
But I do love all this build up, thoughts?
Also a little add-in, with the age difference we could do a few things like that, Reagan thinking maybe it was because she was so young or something that was why she liked her, I don't know xD after all two of Dahlia's nicknames are doll-face and angel-face!

REAGAN & DAHLIAAh, poor Reagan with her tragic love life XD. I think you're right about the compatibility though; it wouldn't end very well with Reagan getting obsessive and jealous, especially if Dahlia wants freedom and wants to see other people.
Haha but yeah that plot sounds like it'd be really interesting to play out! The attraction and kinda unrequited feelings would be fun to see and there could be a lotttt of drama. Dahlia is just so darn cute and Reagan loves cute girls XD. And although at first Reagan would want to be Dahlia's girlfriend and everything, maybe later on they could have some confrontation about how it wouldn't work? That could be toward the end of the plot I think.
After the whole plot is through I believe Reagan would be much too hurt and angry to even see Dahlia anymore unfortunately. She carries grudges with her and is very spiteful about the bad things that happen in her life.
