I've always pictured her as relatively dark skinned, possibly of mixed race, but her specific face claim is completely up to you; Shihouin Yoruichi from Bleach is as close as I could find. She should be strong and sensitive and in some way compatible with Rosemary, but other than that her personality is up to you as well.
